Traversal Using Relays around NAT(TURN) – a service which allows to connect to MyVMS devices(PC-based servers, NVRs, XVRs and cameras) without any extra network port forwarding or NAT settings.

It will work even MyVMS device side doesn't have a public IP-address. Only you need is and access to Internet from both sides(MyVMS devices and MyVMS clients).

No need to indicate the connection port you only need to register a domain name at MyVMS device.
Observer -> Manage -> Network -> Dynamic Dns.

TURN service doesn't record and process user data. Data is transmitted between MyVMS clients and devices.

The TURN service provides free access with a speed up to 5 Mbps for one device.

If the speed up to 5 Mbps is not enough to your targets you could increase it via MyVMS cloud for additional payment.

To set a necessary TURN speed click on an appropriate device at MyVMS Cloud -> Devices. Click on the pencil opposite of "TURN speed" and move the occurred slider. Payment will be charged automatically(daily) as long as there are enough money at the user's account or the user set the speed to 5 Mbps.

Please note: if you set the position of the slider to a higher one and save it, the amount of the difference will be charged immediately. Current day even you change the position of the slider to a lower one the amount of the difference won't be returned and be applied on the next day.
